Late Cancellation/Reschedule fee

 You have a 48 hour window to cancel or reschedule and a 10 minute grace period to be considered late/no show

Due to demand, we have to enforce this rule because the time slot causes us to lose money if not done in a timely fashion. This is also sent along with booking so there should be no confusion and we appreciate your understanding. No exceptions
